Manual brakes, and I'd bet manual steering.

Pretty easy transition to 4 speed.

I remember seeing it online a bunch of years back. It appears to have an A-B-C paint scheme where the wheels are painted the secondary colour. There was a '70 Chevelle 300 Deluxe in Ancaster back in the 70's that also had that kind of paint scheme. I created a rendering of it years ago:  70 Chevelle 300 Deluxe

It also says that Parisienne has a 12-bolt rear. You could order Z04 H.D. Chassis but I thought it was limited to Strato Chief & Laurentian sedans.
