Stairway to Heaven (with apologies to Led Zeppelin).....biggrin

This works great - just a little spread of peanut butter on the plastic bottle and bingo.

In the summer not so much as the ants will have a highway up the wood ramp and eat all the bait.

But in the cooler weather we get one sometimes two a day - it keeps them from getting in the house or shop.

Best mousetrap ever. I used them when we had our cabin on the lake. Never needs attention (except to be emptied) unless it rains a lot and the pail fills with water. I never even used bait, just a coke can on a wire with a ramp up the pail.

And the beauty of it was the one time when I caught a chipmunk. Very easy release, unharmed.

Old Man with a Medical Problem:

Two medical students were walking along the street when they saw an old
man walking with his legs spread apart. He was stiff legged and walking
slowly.

One of the students said to his friend: "I'm sure the poor old man has
Petry Syndrome. Those people walk just like that."

The other student says: "No, I don't think so. The old man surely has
Zovitzki Syndrome. He walks slowly and his legs are apart just as we
learned in class."

Since they couldn't agree they decided to ask the old man.

They approached him and one of the students said to him: "We're medical
students and couldn't help but notice the way you walk, but we couldn't
agree on the syndrome you might have. Could you tell us what it is?"

The old man said: "I'll tell you, but first you must tell me what you
two fine medical students think."

One of the students said: "I think it's Petry Syndrome."

The old man said: "You thought....... But you are wrong."

Then the other student said: "I think you have Zovitzki Syndrome."

The old man said: "You thought........ But you are wrong."

So they asked him: "Well, old timer, what do you have?"

The old man said: "I thought it was GAS........... But I was wrong!

Oh I am with you there! When I'm in the garage my Spotify plays 80's and older. That stuff actually took some talent to write and perform.

RE: The "Joke of the Day" thread

The ability to speak several languages is an asset, but the ability to keep your mouth shut in any language is priceless.

Happiness is not having to set the alarm clock.

Getting another set of teeth would be much more useful at 60 than at age 6.

At a job interview:  The starting pay is $40,000. Later it can go up to $80,000.    Great, Ill start later.

Trust science. Studies show that if your parents didnt have children theres a high probability you wont either.

If youre not called crazy when you start something new, then youre not thinking big enough.

Tip: Save business cards of people you dont like.
If you ever hit a parked car accidentally, just write, Sorry on the back and leave it on the windshield.

When I get a headache, I take two aspirin and keep away from children, just like the bottle says.

Just once, I want the username and password prompt to say, Close enough.

If you see me talking to myself just move along. Im self-employed. Were having a meeting.

Your call is very important to us. Please enjoy this 40-minute flute solo".

I envy people who grow old gracefully. They age like fine wine. Im aging like milk. Getting sour and chunky.

Does anyone else have a plastic bag full of plastic bags, or is it just me?

I hate it when I cant figure out how to operate the iPad and my tech support person is asleep. Shes 5 and its past her bedtime.

So, you drive across town to a gym to walk on a treadmill?

Tip for a successful marriage: Dont ask your wife when dinner will be ready while shes mowing the lawn.
