Body is pretty nice.

They say that their mechanic can safety it for between $5,000 and 10,000.

They have had it up for a few months now.

Looks like factory 15 inch wheels riding on US PMD caps.

Of course it pulls heart strings.

All suspension bushings, steering links, shocks, brakes, tires, fuel tank, maybe some lighting or electrical issues? 5-10, yes, easy if you are taking it in cold to have it done by a shop. Easy.

But my god, look at the condition of the frame! It looks near perfect. Judging buy the underside, it really looks like a true survivor. As Randy says though, there is always a ghost hiding in there, but still.

God I'd love a red 69 on Parchment. 

The floor looks like it had sticky undercoating on it and was driven on a dry dirt road.  The frame looks like the sticky undercoating was cleaned off and it was resprayed with paint or rubberized undercoating.  In the pic below you can see what looks like it could be overspray on the rocker panel, outboard of the frame (?).  Just a guess, and I have no idea why they would do that, unless they removed the sticky undercoating on the frame because they wanted to check it for rust in the typical areas.

In the old days, I was always suspicious of thick coatings of undercoating as it was sometimes used to cover up rusty areas, though it wasn't always the case.  It could be mint under there, but you won't know until you start poking around.
