I should add, from what I've seen if the shifter is decent that combination for $500 is a fair price.

And if anyone is looking at doing a 4 speed conversion and planning on buying this stuff I can help out with more of the puzzle pieces. I have the hard-to-find correct clutch fork, the Z-bar pivot ball at both the engine and frame ends as well as the full-size-only clutch fork pivot ball. Also I have access to an original Z-bar (I've read some negative comments about the repro Z-bars).
