More 1965 Parisienne questions. Was the trunk mat the same design and color as the Impala ones and was there any kinda cardboard fillers ?

Just got my valve covers cleaned up ready to install on the 409.Does any one know, are the bolts and washer chrome plated like the covers or were they painted or left bare steel.?

Does anyone know if the trunk floor braces are available? The long ones that run fore and aft are good, its the smaller cross braces that hold the body mounts that i need. there is a left and right. Thanks Woody

I was looking at my power brake booster and the check valve comes straight out of the booster. They usually have a 90 degree bend and are not a straight design. As far as I can tell it is an original fitting. Maybe it is not a 'check valve' but just a straight plug for the vacuum hose. Does anybody have clarif...

so, im going to Sydney Tire tomorrow to buy tires, a mechanic friend said to put 235x60 on front and 245x60 on back. I have 15 rims on now. all comments are appreciated Thanks Woody

I got my new trunk floor pans today, came in a three part. one piece was more than triple the price? Got all three for 403.00 and they look great! I gues a one piece saves a lot of welding? I will take pics when i install them which will be on a warmer day than today. Woody
