On my 67', at the rear lower control arm mounts, there is a brace of some sort on either side. They face forward parallel with the frame rails and contact the floor with some kind of pad. I've never seen anything like them. Are they a 4 door hardtop only thing?

Tough getting the back ones on, 255 is just a little too wide. 245 max on the 8" rim on a 67 GP CP. Forget the jack under the diff... Frame up one side at a time, and a roll in from the rear of the opening. Skirt bars touch the wheels when pushing them up but clear when snapped in. But man! What a difference i...

I was wondering if anyone has removed the front a arms without renting a tool to compress the spring?I was thinking of putting a jack under the lower arm,then removing the 2 bolts from the frame.Then lower the jack and should just pop out in theory

Looks like someone is finally making a column keyed tilt for our 69' and up B bodies. Not sure of the application length, but they seem to have them in many different configurations. Way pricey, but at least the option is now available. Flaming River
