Adjusting Headlights Old School
(Preview)
I got fed up with my old dim headlights (sign of getting old I guess) and swapped in a set of halogen sealed beams. I want to check the adjustment on them. I put in new springs last year so I know they need to come down a bit. Anyhow, there's an old school spec (certain height at a certain distance from a wall)....

I came across this complete electronic ignition setup at a swap meet. Anyone heard of Stinger? Any good? Worth my while to put in or just resell? I figured the distributer is worth the price of the whole setup so not out much.

With the recent discussion on dash electrical issues, the topic has come up about wiring in relays for headlights (for safety reasons). Have a curious situation on a 67 Camaro RS with electric headlight doors. I noticed last nite when I pulled headlight switch, doors opened OK and lights work, however, the tach began to pulse wildly, from proper RPM to a wind to end of dial and back, very erratic. The doors work on a relay system to open a...

Wiring a universal power antenna to a stock power antenna switch
(Preview)
Recently, I added a late model power antenna to my 66 GP. I wanted to keep my stock switch on the dash, and this antenna was wired different than a 66 antenna is. Using a couple of relays, it's easy to do. I am not an electrician by any means so it took me a bit to figure it out. A little while back, on a different...
