does anyone here have any unique cars, rare options, colours or engine combinations, also i was wondering if anybody has one of the last beaumonts made in canada,my buddy has a 69 i think made in may of 69,i heard production stopped earlier in 69,does anyone know.
if you blue one and my green one both went down the essembly line together in the first week of october 68 does that make them brothers,
oh by the way a friend of mine told me he used to work on the line at gm in 68,he worked on the big car line,he said they would send beaumont sds down the big car line with impalas or whatever they were making at the time,he said it was to keep up with production but i wonder if it was cause of the 396s
I'd love to see photos of the Oshawa plant back in the 60's. There has to be photos somewhere! Does having a Mayfair Maize Laurentian with medium green interior count as unique? Todd
According to the "numbers guy" i've probably got some of the quirkiest beaumonts out there. 64 custom HT - ember red with a Desert beiege 2-tone roof 8 auto
64 plain jane 2dr post sedan - factory black with red interior- super late June 64 build. 6 auto also with 2 tone paint mouldings, but solid black....wierd?
67 plain beaumont 4dr sedan six standard-delete everything- rare capri cream with a granada gold roof(opposite color combo to the normal) 6 auto(L22 car) Survivor car-soon to be for sale when snow melts
GM docs on all of them, will have to post some model numbers and production figures for U guys. They're real oddballs thats for sure!

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
I would love to see pics. I have a 67 Nova SS that I will be doing. It's white now, but was originally Capri Cream on top with a Sierra Fawn bottom. I don't know what Capri looks like.

you have a 65 Acadian AND a 67 Nova SS, AND you want a big car, and you are building a shed?
My 69 "Deluxe" has a build date of 3A, so 1st week of March I guess. The car still has almost all it's original paint (73-73), except for a repair on the left rear quarter. Dealership decal ( deck-il ) is still on the trunk lid, Jim Pattison.
Anyway, the left front fender has the "Deluxe" script, but the passenger fender has "Beaumont". I guess the assemblers weren't on the same page that day.
I should have guessed Beaumont guru was you Dave.... Yes you do have some of the quirkiest cars that I've ever heard of, or seen. That 67 Beaumont sedan would have to have been a special order.
Good to see you found this site.

That car of yours would have been a special order as well. Fawn and Capri Cream. Close to a possible factory approved Fawn and Erime White. What was the original interior, Fawn?

Lat production dates for Beaumonts in '69 would be June or July or 1969. Checking my records the latest production date I have recorded so far is third week of June '69.
