Sounds like a crappy day but think of it this way- a crappy day in a 2+2 is better than a good day in any other brand of car, right?

Wow, burying my pickup in the snow up to the frame, with the car trailer in tow and my Acadian on the trailer somehow doesn't seem so bad now. I guess I had a pretty good day after all.

Sucks about the scratch. The no spark part should be an easy one to figure out.

I had the camera in the truck, and thought of taking a pic, but I was so upset that I had made the mistake and slid just a bit too far with the truck and trailer that I just buckled down, got out the tractor and snowblower and did what it took to get it out!

The part that sucks is now you can't diagnose it.

true but if it doesn't happen again I will be happy, and I think it's something with the points since I ran power to the coil right off the batt and still no spark

Can we use this for multi rants?   I am so Ticked today, I could spit..  My car is still not equiped with 4 speed!   Why?  I have the new starter, new bolts, and NO B-body clutch fork !!!!!  I had previously ordered a muncie shifter handle, that attaches to Hurst shifter, from Hubbards.. shipping was a little rich BUT I ordered it Monday, and it was here Wed!!!biggrin  So when I discovered, I needed special clutch fork, I liked the picture, and price from Ecklers, so i ordered it Feb 15...I e-mailed them, and they said they shipped it out Feb 19th.. I e-mailed them back, and asked why it took 2 days for order to go to shipping? They said they were moving..I e-mailed today and asked HOW did you ship it? She e-mailed back and said, they sent it in the mail!!!!!!Should BE HERE IN 2 WEEKS!  I paid 42.99 plus 39.00 for shipping!!!! how heavy is a clutch FORK?  I emailed them back and told them I was ticked...  i  putting the cover on it, and it can sit there, til Hell freezes over in July...cry

Some of  them just dont get it... I dont mind paying for good product or good service...They think Canada is 5000 miles away.... This is why I got out of retail.. eg. order 4 tires, have customer drive in 20 miles, and tires not on delivery truck, because some non -baby boomer FORGOT to put them on truck!!!!!! Sound common? I'm sure you and Todd  see it every day...  They did have the guts to e-mail me back... this really ticks me, after every retailer on internet, saying all the forks are the same....I quit  I going to bed.....
