Hi All I'm Dan Bolton and based on The South Coast of the UK. I have a 1953 Pontiac Catalina which was imported from BC in 2002. The car came from Lake William, British Columbia, and was previously owned by a Barber in Red Deer, circa 1995, who I am told used it on sunny days and for parades. It may have been painted at Perfection Paint and Body in Saskatoon at some stage, as their key fob was with the keys.
If anyone knows any details of its days in Red Deer or who the owner was, I would love to hear from them. More pictures can be found on the website below.
I have dropped the front suspension 2", fitted open lake pipes, front visor, and have a continental kit to fit soon. The car passed its annual Ministry test today, so i'm good to cruise for the next 12 months.
Gorgeous Catalina...enjoy it while you can Dan, cause we'll be bringing all our cars back home soon! You can only "borrow" it for 10 years. It's a new law that we've just passed on this site. This is just a front to find out where all our old Pontiacs have gone.
Cheers, Mark.
