I have an all original 62 Acadian beaumont 4 dr that spent it's life in Arizona.  It had a slight hit in the rear, needed a rear bumper and deck lid.  All of the trim inside and out was on the car.  Being in AZ none of the diecast was pitted or peeling.  All original drivetrain intact, original door panels intact but the seats needed covers.
I advertised the car for sale for 1 1/2 yrs before I removed any parts or pieces.  I asked $1,750 for everything, remember car was not drivable but rolled on all 4's.  Motor and trans may have worked but it had set for a long time.  After much consideration, I started selling parts, the rear deck trim was first to go, very solid hood was next, front fender spears, front doors when to a wagon, front bumper, steering column w/wheel, radio delete panel, all in all I think I have made, about $800-900.  I still have the grille, front filler panel with all 7 ACADIAN letters, side trim, front fenders, rear doors, seats and almost a complete dash.  In the end, I will get my $1,750 out of the car because it had solid sheet metal and still has solid rockers, quarters and rear doors.
My opinion,  you can get a couple grand, maybe $2,500 if it is driveable.  If it is a roller, good luck getting $1,500.  That would be much quicker and easier than selling it in pieces.  Mine has been in my storage now for 3 years.
