i got on the bandwagon in the spring and finally dumped explorer off my computer. we kept explorer on my wifes computer in case there was any hickups, i was recommended to try firefox, which i have for the last couple of month or so. what i'm trying to get at is they are trying to bring out firefox 3 so soon after firefox 2. has anybody upgraded yet? any issues with losing bookmarks are anything else like that. i'm like anybody else set in my ways and afraid to try anything new.
I just upgraded to Firefox 3 a couple of days ago. So far so good. Some subtle changes. As for bookmarks, I have lost mine 3 times with the old version. Now I export them from time to time. Good thing I did that as it saved me the last time they disappeared! Firefox 3 now has a "backup bookmarks" option. To me Firefox is miles ahead of explorer.
