Lightning---WOW!!!

Just sitting here in my chair with 1/2 the garden door open listening to a nice rain fall and FLASH/BANG!!! Right outside the window over the trees you can see is where the lightning was. Internet took a dive for a couple of minutes too. Good way to make sure heart is working.

Sorry for the crappy pic but imagine the lightning about 100 feet away at those tree tops...

I'm surprised you weren't standing under those trees here when it hit with your luck then!

I have not been much closer than this was. Flash/bang all at once.

And the next lottery ticket I buy will be my first, by the way. I don't buy them, I spend it all on cars and sheds...

That was the hotel group right?  My wife worked with 2 of those guys in that group.  Needless to say they've both quit.  So they got what 1.3 M each.  If it was me i'd probably do the same.  Pay off debts, invest a million and whatever was left from the 300,000 go buy a bunch of cars*L*

It was a group of people from the Vic tavern, a bar near the hospital. Im very happy for them all but also just mad it wasent me.But i guess because i dont personaly buy them(my wife does every once in a while) then i cant complain. I would have to buy a house out in the country somewhere with a really big "shed"
