69 Parisienne bonnet hinges

Hi, I am chasing a pair of bonnet hinges for my 69 Parisienne 4 door which I believe are the same as 70 model. I am in Australia and parts for this model are impossible to find here. Hope some one can help, thanks

Cool car Herby!.
Is it a 327 car?.
Look closely at and measure any GM car hinges you can find there as many of this era hinges swap Ok in pairs..

Anybody here have a set to help this fella out?.

Here's as few pertinent Hollander listings noted below..
Keep in mind cars noted as Pontiac or Chevrolet Pass are B-Bodys also that these listings are for US cars, not Canadian Ponchos..

H#161
Pontiac 69-70
Tempest 68-72
* Wreckers say #134 fits

H#134
Chev Pass 68
Chevelle 68
Nova 68-74
Omega
Ventura 71-74
Apollo 73-74
* Wreckers say #161 fits

#129
Chev Pass 69
Chevelle 69

# 130
Chev Pass 70
Chevelle 70-72
GMC Sprint 71-72
Monte Carlo 70-72

Thanks Pete, it was a 327 car but has been replaced with a Corvette 350 pulled out to 383 and still runs the 2 speed glide.

I didn't know 327's were available in 69 Parisiennes. Is this just for export? As for hood hinges, I'm pretty sure 69 Impala are the same. Carl, can you check your parts books?

Herby,

So the '68 hinges fit Ok but you can't adjust them down any further so the bonnet fits lower at the rear edge?.   Does your car have any protruding height adjustment pegs at the rear edge?.

Is your car a RHD car and shipped out of Canada as a CKD?.
If RHD, is your dash panel steel or fiberglass?
Some underhood & interior pics would be cool including shots of the cowl as it's interesting seeing the different steering, brake, wiper linkage and sometimes unique cowl vent cover as well as dash & other factory mods necessary for RHD cars..

Are you aware for minimal cost GM Canada can supply documents showing options/colors etc originally shipped w/ your Vin?.

I double checked the numbers in the GM parts book and came up with the same as Ghost Post except for the additional ones that may fit.
They are listed in GRP 8.015 part number 9794024 for right and 9794025 for left.
1969 and 1970 full size CDN and US Pontiac full size
1969 to 1972 Lemans/Tempest
All of the Chevrolet hinges do not directly cross over and assume that they may need to be modified to bolt on. Which means drilling new holes.
Either of these cars can supply the hood hinges you need. They should not be difficult to locate some in North America. You may want to check on ebay or an aftermarket supplier for GTO parts if you can't find someone on here with a set.
 Hope this helps.
 Welcome aboard,
 Brad
