Does anyone have or know of any emblems for sale that look like this? (2 needed, even 1 would help)   Thanks

Those are also 65 beaumont sd emblems so it makes it a hard find. If you can find me 65 Beaumont sport deluxe rocker chrome parts, I have these. Trade only. Thanks

I will sure keep my eyes open, but not many 65 SD cars around here either. Thank you.

Just as a follow up, as a result of this wanted ad I received a PM about some emblems for sale. We struck a deal and I asked for them to be mailed to me, well packaged.

I got them today. Well packaged would be an understatement!!! They arrived on a small piece of wood with holes drilled in it for the studs to fit into. They were taped to the wood, then surrounded with foam wrapping and then packaged in a bubble wrap envelope! Needless to say, I am a happy camper and my nephew will now be able to remove the "Pontiac" and have Sport Deluxe emblems on his front fenders of his SD.

Thanks again Canadian Poncho for pulling through!

Glad you got them okay.  Really doesn't take very long to do it right.  We've all had our shipping horror stories.  Glad they made it for Christmas.  Have a good one.

Thanks Jerel. I didn't want to mention your name just in case. Sometimes people wish to fly under the radar.

For anyone wondering, this Canadian Poncho member did a top notch job of fixing me up with emblems!

Hi Jerel.  Since you have this great emblem reputation now, I wonder if you could get your hands on a spear emblem for a '67 beaumont sd trunk
I've got one on the car but it's not show quality.I've been looking for 6 years but no luck.

Thanks Leo

Leo, I thought there was someone who had reproduced that one now.

Have you tried Dales Musclecar Classics or something like that? Southern Ontario I think?

Found his page---

Hi Leo  I really haven't got much else as far as badges go.  The only  one I have for a 67 is a V8 badge #3393918.  It's decent but has one post half broken off.  The other beaumont one is a 65 trunk emblem #3392745 that's quite nice, just needs the red repainted.  Sorry I couldn't help but with this site at least there are lots of us looking.

Catch you later  Jerel

Thanks Carl but I tried Dales, he does not have them. If any one else comes accross a show quality trunk spear emblem for a '67 beaumont SD . Let me know.

I was in dreamland. I had it in my head you wanted the Sport Deluxe trunk emblem. That is not the case, right?

Is that an SD part only? My neighbour has a beautiful 67 SD 396 car and has many parts as well. I can ask him.

Well Carl I hope you don't think you paid too much for the emblems! I see he got a little over 200 US for one. I made a little, you got a good deal and someone really wanted that emblem. Talk to you later.

Jerel

I am very happy with the deal from you. The emblem is not for me but for my nephew's identical twin to my car. It is missing both front fender emblems, otherwise has all the SD trim.

From the look of the sport deluxe emblem auction it seems that the market for those emblems are going up. Looks like I'm sitting on $4615.67 in sd emblems. Pretty sure you guys can do the math. I'm saving mine for future projects. Anybody have any rocker chrome for a 65 Beaumont SD?

Not sure they are worth that to everybody. This happened to be a needy soul with an original SD car missing those emblems. I doubt a cloner would be willing to pay so much. I never dreamed it would actually get to that point either.

Would that be Canadian or Us funds.  I wouldn't hang on to them too long, I heard there were going to be some reproed this spring.

I can see that being a possibility. There seems to be more demand than supply at this point anyway.

Jerel, we had originally thought that maybe those other 2 we got from you would work on the front fenders but they are maybe a touch too small to look enough like the originals. No regrets buying them, I just thought you might like to know why those two aren't going to be used on the 65 front fenders now.

And now I"m happy I don't have to give up my spare pair which I said I would in the interest of making his car look complete!

I really don't care to sell them at all. There all nice enough for any resto and in the past the repos ask as much or more for there stuff. Originals are always worth more. What was the guy who bought these driving, 65 beaumont or Acadian Canso?

The white Canso pictured about 5 posts up^^^^^^

If you take a good look at his front fender emblem you will see why he needs these!!

I was just kidding you about the repos, thought maybe I could start a rumour or something.  Good for you, I think there's nothing wrong with keeping your eyes and ears open.  Hang on to them, might be the best investment you've got.
