It sure looks like 5 bolt wheels in the pictures of the restoration. What year did GM end the four bolt wheels?
I'm thinking the 4-bolt wheels were dropped once the V8 became a factory option for 1964. The V8 used 14" wheels but the L4 (gone from Canada after '65) and L6 came standard with 13" wheels (5-bolt) through 1966.

That really is a cool car. It is nice to see a base model car at a show, seems like everyone starts with a deluxe model. That was a good car to start with, had minimal rot and was complete. I know this car very well. I restored it.
