good for trevor i agree hes a good example for the nhl. but the oilers let all the pucks in yesterday 9-2 man they suck sometimes but they will beat cunuckle heads lol
The reality is in 84 game schedule it is tough to bring your A game night in and night out. I coached for 20 years and sometimes even a first place team is terrible. Some nights you know its going to bad just by being in the room before the game. When that happens you're just along for the ride.
Remember too these are young guys for the most part, while I never coached in the pros I can tell you that coaching 16-20 year olds is nuts, some times they're hung over, sometimes they just had the chrome sucked off the trailer hitch, both scenarios are really bad for the legs and wind.
