Hood hinge restoration?

Anyone here know of a good place to have hood hinges restored?
I have 2 sets and although they're seem pretty solid on the rivets, they look do pretty sad.

I'd like them rebuilt and refinished in that medium gray oxide look, that the factory used.

My thinking is, in order to refinish them properly, they'd really have to be taken apart.

Any thoughts?

Cheers, Mark

I don't know anything about them, but here's a small family business in Virginia.

Thanks Bob.
I sent them a line.

Just what finish on the hinges are people using these days when redoing them?

I'm pretty sure the factory just used some simple zinc oxide process, is that right?

The phophate and oil finish can be replicated by Eastwood's product.
