So what is the scam, $3,800? Is that it, an attempt to gain $3,800 or is there more to it?

Should it be seen as a positive that a Canadian Pontiac is garnering this attention that's usually reserved for Camaros and many a Mopar? Probably not...but just saying...we're in the big league of scams now...woot!...or boo! Take your pick.

They (the scammers) usually ask for some kind of payment up front (taxes, shipping costs, deposit, etc.), that's how they rook people. If they get hold of your personal information, they could get a lot more $$$$.

I did get a reply and they said it was in calgary in a ebay shipping company ready to go. They said they would reopen a ebay transaction to do the deal. When I told them that this transaction would be a ebay no no and that I would go in person to Calgary they stopped talking to me. I would like to know who actually owns this car? Is he part of the club because this car does exist somewhere. With the way it was restored with the wrong console, bumper, seats, etc you would think it is in the US somewhere. These people have to confirm emails when they post these adds and craigslist should be policing there sight better.
