Any advice on where to find a complete set, and door moldings?
I suspect that my only option will be repro. If so, who has decent ones?

Standard answer:  Ames, Performance Years, Year One, Original Parts Group, etc.

I got the rear rocker panel mouldings for my 68 from Ames, they are very good.
