I just joined this forum today. I'd love to find a 69 Beaumont 2 door Post Sedan (73427) project car. That way I could add to my stack of cars. Was there an SD version on this body style?
Welcome aboard , only 688 v8 cars produced not sure about six cylinder cars but far less. I have only seen two in my area, one at our local fire dept and the other old man using to haul scrap to the scrap metal dealer. I did a hard head turn when I passed that car, scrap metal hanging out of trunk and side windows. So sad !!
My cousin used to own a black/black 69 sd 396 post car thought the 70s.... it was sitting in someones garage as a resto project a number of years ago and was for sale a few times for around $3500... not sure whatever happened to it... very rare car!!

I think that car went to Alberta-it was offered to me a few years back running and driving bench 4 speed post car-needed absolutely everything. It had button tuffed interior when I saw it.I have pics of it somewhere.
Rix......Love the garage set up!! Going to show the wife that this is what I need to do for some extra space in my garage. Nice to see some more Velle's on here, specially the 69's. Welcome to the site.
I know that guy (Dan) in the link you attached. He never mentioned that to me , and I talk with him regularly. Guess I'll have to find one first to mess with his head.

Me too, i havent seen the car in person... my dad told me about it, and i did see it advertised in St.Andrews for sale a long time ago, i called the guy, and it certainly sounded like the car... my cousins car was a 70's or ealry 80's show car w/button tuft interior, apparently button tuft underhood and trunk too, mural on the trunk lid... It would be nice to know that such a rare car would be being restored and maybe the current owner will find their way on here someday!
I'm sure if i made a few visits i might be able to get some pics of that car from back in the day...him and another cousin built their cars around the same time, a tubbed dark maroon, 73 camaro lt that he still owns...

Dan, You will have to change your signature to show the sale of your "L78" Post Sedan.
See guys, Dan doesn't really want another Post Sedan as he just sold the one driveable one he had. That puts him at the back of line, right?

There is one in a wrecking yard about 200 miles south of me. Don't see many Skylark post cars. This one was a 3 speed standard. I got the pedals and speedo but the engine and trans were long gone.
