One of my nieghbours has a black 94 Brougham with an LT1, we keep our eyes on it. You never know when these older fellas will decide it's too much to handle. You'll be our first call.

looks like the bottom is a actual steel chromed bumper and trim on top is a moulding that sits on the bumper A full 1 pc plastic cover is called a bumper cover on some smaller cars Do you have a mark on the bumper, or the top piece?

Thanks Carl, that was not there yesterday when I looked. Our bumper is rusting through, have a look at right side rear and you will see where I hit it with "chrome" paint, also a spot in centre below trim I covered with Chrome tape for now.
