Was the water pump on the 427 in 1969 B Bodies the "short" or "long" style?

Thanks
Todd

'69 was the 1st year for the long w/pumps, big and small block, on all chev models/engines.
the bolt pattern(fan/pulley) is also larger on the long pumps.
with the long pump for '69, they also moved the alt. to the passenger side of the engine.

corvettes and pickups(till '72) stuck with the short pumps though.

Thanks. Some dude is selling all aluminum high flow pumps on Ebay. The bearing feels a little iffy to me on the pump that's on the 454 and the aluminum pump will save precious weight and the high flow may allow me to keep my current rad..
