'66 Strat-Chief 2 door post bench 4 speed -Reduced!!!!

I know I've had this car for sale last year and I've lowered the price as well to   $6,500(cheap).Most of you fellows know this car couldn't be built for that!Particulars are as folows:468 BBC.fresh ST-10,fresh 12 bolt w/ Hotchkis suspension, everything is new underneath from fuel lines to exhaust to disc brakes to back-up lamps in bumper. The only thing needed is inner and outer tie rod ends.Pretty well all new interior w/ tilt.I am open to reasonable offers..I found one another web site that a fellow stated that there were only 2792 cars built.Interesting!Which makes these cars getting rare and much harder to find in decent shape. The motor is in need of a timing chain which I have purchased.I've pulled the motor to clean it up and do the chain but have lost interest.

It's got the usual rust around the wheel wells. If I was to do it ,I would find a good rear clip and put it on.Other than that under neath of it is nice.I didn't under coat 'cause I'm not into hiding stuff! The frame has one small(1 inx2in) rust issue under the pass. fender.A real easy fix. This car needs to be completed.I have basically done all the mechanical and interior work. I don't have the space nor the tools to do the rest of it and I have another project in the waiting to be finished or I would keep this car-believe me.It's interesting to drive and the looks are priceless alone.

I like this car. Too far away for me to consider it but someone could have a really unique street car. There's nothing better than a full sized 2 door post and GM did them well in the 60s.

Carl, which cars are you counting in the 3 or 4? I know of this car, yours, and one here in my city? What else is out there?

You must have bought the one that was on kijiji for about 5 minutes back a few months ago?   Nice score, i just remember it was cheap and fairly complete.

I assume the "Super Sport" is a misprint and should read "Custom Sport"?
