What Marty failed to mention was when he and his wife drove back from Calgary they drove back with a newly born baby boy.....ME!!
Hey I remeber Marty (my Dad) giving me crap for hanging and swinging from the bar inside the first 66' convertible he had!
I also remeber riding in it and coughing because we were behind a bus with bad exhaust (mid 70's)
I also remeber Dad working on it in our garage in Brampton in the 70's, he also had a 56 chevy i think.
I always wanted that car to be mine when I was older, he said he would give it to me. Then he sold it to my uncle. I was heart broken, i was also only a little kid...maybe 6 or 7?
Congrates Dad, great car as it always was.
