Actually had it sold to a guy 2 months ago,he comes to see it while looking at it were talking and end up we have a friend/aquantince in common I let him leave a minimal deposit,he strings me along for 2 months and now does not return a call.Never do that again.Pissed me off because I am sure in the time he jacked me around it would have been sold.

Ummm, you might have to paddle a bit when you come through Manitoba, yup!!!

Just kidding. The farmer is seeding tonight on one of the fields that was over 5 feet deep only a few weeks ago.

Carl; Thats amazing the farmers can seed already. I still am overwhelmed when I think about what you go thru there every few years. The land and people sure recover well ! Take care Carl !
