Goderich Square July 18th,09 047.jpgI was talking, to a man from Sarnia, today at car show in Goderich Ont  (240 cars) He has a beautifull 60 El Camino   He was telling me, he has a black 62 Acadian Convertible 4 cyl auto  red guts   AIR COOLED POWER GLIDE no He says he gets 38 mpg towing a little show trailer!!  He has photos and Barb took pictures of photos Go figure disbelief dealer special order only   1 of 87      He is going to bring it to Clinton and I will take more photos

I have seen that car several times.  He comes over into Michigan occasionally for shows.  I think they even know of him in BC.  I recall several people asking if anyone knew of a 4 cyl 62 Acadian Convertible while discussing rare cars.
There were 1251 62 Acadian Convertibles built but I did not know the number of 4 cyl cars.
I think his trailer is a 1st gen Acadian rear clip.  I have his card somewhere, he has a picture of his car on a business card.
