I believe this car was a Harrell Team car at one time. It has been discussed a few times on the Harrell site.

Hey Guys. This post is in reference to a thread that was started on the SYC forum under the Fred Gibb/Dick Harrell section of that site. It is under the Jim Hayter Camaro thread that has been recently discussed. Posted in that thread, there was a picture of a Biscayne wagon called the Lead Sled. I wanted to shed a little light on the history of that vehicle and what I know.
I first became aware of this vehicle 5 years ago while flipping through the April 1970 issue of Popular Hot Rodding. I have attached the article. I noticed the car because Hudson Iowa, where the car was raced is about 8 miles from my home in Iowa. I had heard that the car was still around but did not pursue it for a while. When the picture was posted on the SYC, it reminded me that I needed to find the car. Fast forward to last night, I contacted the original owner who freely discussed the car with me. He stated that he ordered the car brand new through a Chevy dealer right here in Waterloo Iowa. The mechanic that built the motor for the car was also the high performance manager where the car was sold new. He still lives here in Waterloo and I was able to speak with him last night as well. He was the high performance manager from 1954 to 1992 and traveled with the car when is was campaigned nationally. The car won the 1970 NHRA points championship, the 1969 world series of drag racing, the winter nationals in January of 1970 and third in points for 1971 just to name a few events. This car was also on a Fleer bubble gum card. This car is also the 5 time national record holder. I have just begun to skim the surface of its racing awards. The cars major sponsor was Quaker state and last night the original owner stated that this car was a Dick Harrell team car until 1971 when Dick was killed.  I am taking the proper channels to discuss this car with the Harrell family and crew to validate its Harrell connection.
It gets even better. The car is a factory Biscayne Kingswood, L72 427/425-horse car with a factory turbo 400 and a 12-bolt posi. I am not sure of the original rear gear but it says DK on the POP. The original rear is in the car. The engine code of LS (L72 427/425)is also listed on the POP as well as the transmission code.  The car has some very unique items on it. The car is factory dover white with blue interior. The car also has most of its original paint, no rust and a true 42,000-mile car. It has all stock interior and has never been tubbed, cut or caged. It truly is in remarkable condition. The car still has all four cragars that were on the car when raced.   
The car was purchased new by Tom Akin of Hudson Iowa in 1969. John Day, the performance manager and wrench on the car, ordered it through the dealership. The car was raced until the gas crunch and then sold in 1973 to Leroy Bolton of New Hartford Iowa (8 miles west of my home). I contacted Leroy last night and asked about the car. He stated that he still had the car and that it had not been modified since he bought it in 1973 from the original owner, Tom Akin. The car had some panels painted on it in 1973 but is mostly original paint on the car. I was able to purchase the car at 8 AM this morning and is now resides at my house. Dave B. made the trip up with me to unearth the car and snap photos of the building that we pulled it out of. This car also has the F41 suspension, disc brakes, power steering and currently runs and drives great..  Of course the car will be restored back to its race appearance. I have obtained permission to letter the car as it was when it was raced. Finally, here are some pics of the car when it raced, the title, the POP and an article. I have also included some pictures of how it looks now. These pics were taken this morning. If anyone has any additional pics or information to share, please do so. I am also getting additional photo documentation  team jackets and 8mm footage and other items that pertain to its history.  I hope you all enjoy this story.  Another one found
