Nah bro keep this car it will be a beauty no matter what power-train you run in it. As I have heard many many times in my life ( Im only 30 ) Rome was not built in a day. I have owned my Beaumont since I was 17 and have turned it into a 450 horse stroker car over the years and did all the rust repair on mine myself a little at a time , it just takes time and had to save all the $ myself ...
And you have to have fun doing it bit by bit and if you can keep your head into the project then you will get there but it is not an easy battle , as I can vouch first hand , especially the money end as I had twin babies 3 years ago...
You can do it man and ist a sweet ass car you got there , especiallly wanting to make it a gasser!!!
