Did these cars come with 409 insignia? This looks like the 63-64 Impala 409 emblem. I thought the only indicator was the V8 emblem on the bottom, same as all V8 Pontiacs of that era.

the cs is in the right spot i would have to guess that the 09 is an add on the other fender was a replacement and it had the holes but no emblems

I think I am right in saying V8 Pontiacs never had the cubic inches displayed on an emblem until 68, right? Canadian Pontiacs, Acadians and Beaumonts that is...

True.  My bros 65 409 just has a V8 emblem so that had to be an add on. I've never really understood why pontiac was so coy about what was under the hood (until later) That 409 numbers emblem would be worth a bit on its own though.

 didnt think it was original just different what people added these are the wrecked fenders off the cs i dragged them home as a souvanire.i was looking for others bits like the fan shroud got a pre 64 big block not the same
