pics of my 59 that my buddy took

my neighbor took some pics of my car that turned out really cool. He tweaked them a bit, and on the pic with the seats, he just put the contrast up a tiny bit, so the seats really are that loud!!

Killer! Love the upholstery with the flat black exterior.

Get him to take a shot of your rear fins from the rear, eh?

I am trying to get him to buy an old car as well!! He used to have a real nice S10 with a 350 and all the goodies. The pic of the rear end is one I took when i first got the car.

Ummm, Trevor, I think you have the aspect ratio wrong, should it not look like this?

If you really wanted to be outrageous, you could also put a pair on your oval lights:

Actually, I think I like the single, on the top by the fins, better.

This is a bit off topic but we just took a trip in to town (4 miles, town of about 1500). What do we see? Not just one 59 Pontiac 4 door but two!!! One beautiful black one with red interior, one a very light teal colour, couldn't see the interior colour. Both cars were beautiful originals or restored. No camera along...............

I have never seen either car before and this has been home for 52 years. Go figure!

I may go back to town and look for those 2 cars tonight. Shame on me for not having any CP business cards along. Although, my son was wearing his CP T shirt!

Gotta love it! I just got a call at the parts counter for a 59 Pontiac fuel pump. I said "Is your's the blue one or the black one!!!!"

He owns the blue one, knows the guy with the black one.

Just came back from town, forgot my camera....... Yeah, yeah, I know.....

I see where home is for the black one now too. There used to be a 57 in his driveway a few years ago.

Next time.

Old thread, I know.

But I am just curious, how hard would it be to do this?

the single at the top would be easy for the 59 because its just a backup light delete plate, so i would just drill a hole and mount it, or get the american version with the light and change it to the caddy one. The brake lights would be easy as well i would think but the only problem with all of this is that if you screw it up its really hard to get a replacement !!
