Boyz................... Let me tell you a little story........... That car, since I have know it, was from a little town called Kandahar, and not to be confused with the other well known Middle East Kandahar!!! The year after I first arrived to Sask in '97, I saw this car at this town and got acquainted with the people. At that time, the quarters were shot and basically the car was really rough and run down.

They basically asked me to trade for my 2+2 Rag that I had shown up at their place in. Smilingly, I declined..... Then, the next time I had seen it, it was at the wreckers, taken off the road by our friendly D.O.T officers. The other car guy in this town, this guys brother also originally from Ontario, bought the car to put it back on the road.

My seats at the time were rough, so I used those rear seats at one time for an event here honouring Foam Lakes Hockey Heros, Bernie Federko, Dennis Polonich, Pat Elyniuk and since deceased Ted Hargraves! My car was used for Bernie.

At the place he was doing the body work on the car, she was known as the "cheeze queen" but at least it was again back on the road. He wanted to paint it white, but my 2+2 Coupe was white and I kinda said no way. So, he mixed a few left over colors and painted it that particular color.

I am actually surprized it still looks decent after about 6 years or so since he has done the work to it. So, not exactly "resale red" but more dusty rose meets Mary Kay pink!!!!!

Oh, and there were 3872 produced

And yes, the hairless guy behind the wheel is yours truly...........
