It has a GM Bowtie and casting #14096242 and also 112986. Any help identifying this would be appreciated.

4 Barrel "Marine" Hi-Rise Cast Iron Small Block Chevy Intake Manifold

This Chevrolet Factory Bow Tie part is the best stock cast iron 4 barrel cast iron intake manifold available

In stock form this Chevrolet cast iron intake manifold will produce more power between 4500 and 7000 rpm than any other stock Chevy cast iron intake manifold. Commonly referred to as a Marine intake, this manifold is a cast iron copy of a Z-28 high rise aluminum intake. This "Marine" cast iron intake is equipped with both carburetor bolt patterns, is 1.250" taller than regular intakes and was not available in cast iron form on any production cars.

Because of its huge internal volume, the Chevrolet Cast Iron Marine Intake may lack throttle response below 4500 rpm compared to other intakes. Our Modified Marine Intake will add 10 ft/lbs of torque between 4000 and 6000 rpm.

I would imagine the dirt track boys that have to run an iron intake must go after this number.
