RE: 68 Beaumont project

As previously stated a black VT would look great on the car...best of luck with your decision.

Looking good .  I have to agree that a black VT would realy make that colour pop.

Wet sanding is absolutley no fun. Decided to work on other stuff. Got my door panels painted and fronts installed. All the seals replaced, windows installed and adjusted. More chrome. Running out of parts!! Quarter is getting close. Color is very mean!

Greg.

It's going in nice. Had a bit of trouble at the start. I needed to move one of the bows and drill a couple new holes but i think it's going to look perfect. A bit different configuration i guess, Thanks.

Rear ash tray is rectangular with ribs across the top. I measured 50 1/2 " from side chrome to side chrome so i'm guessing the top piece is around 51".

She is not as strait as an arrow but it's not bad. I think by the time i'm clear around the car i would have each and every line memorized. I don't think there is a more beautiful car than a Beaumont. Glad this nice weather is finally here.

Your 68 looks awesome Greg! The red 327 emblems provides some contrast...keep up the great work.

Nice orange glow under the hood of my Beau.

Just set in place, but another step closer to the end.

Hey Greg, your 68 looks great! I have a used, but good set of Blackjack Alumicoat headers if you need them. They came with my 69 and appear to be fairly new. I will clean them up and get a few pics if interested (new gaskets & bolts come with them) - $125.00. Let me know...Cheers, Whitey

Guages installed. Ran out of parts. Hopefully will have another box of parts by the weekend.

P.S. - I did not modify the guages to instal the tach, i used the same mounting holes.
