1960 strato cheif wagon, very soild all way around bc car. Has the original 235 inline six with 2 speed powerglide tranny. Needs paint as the blue is original. Interior work is needed, i had started on it, and have new in package material for the rest as well as new carpet for it. It was drivin up till last summer and has been stored in a seald barn in winter. It is able to drive right away. has new rad, starter and much more as well as newer tires. Great resto project, and done right worth big coin as it is rare. serious inguires only please E-mail or call

This is the same car that was located near my place. Earl and I have looked at it a couple of times. Nice to see the price has dropped. I believe they wanted 9 grand earlier this Summer.

Thats got a padded dash....That has to be rare? Considering the strato was the low priced one, I have a Strato Cheif wagon and a Laurentian wagon and neither have padded dashes.

I seem to recall a streetsign was used to patch the floor. Other than that it's fairly solid. You'd spend a lot of cash making it nice though.

Agreed Canadian Poncho-they could be a lot to restore. I do think a general going over and maybe a couple thousand bucks could have this car very roadworthy in a utilitarian sense, and by that I don't mean ratrodding it, whatever that means!

Somrthings 'fishy" here and I don't get a good feeling on this add. 1st it was in Norfolk Ont. 2nd add is out of Delhi Ont. last pic. shows it with a set of "Flashy" wheels on it & price keeps dropping?? If it's a true add then it's a decent buy, BUT I'd be very carefull & lots of research on the paper trail!!!!!
