Built in Oshawa Ontario, this is a very rare car and I believe only 140 were made at the time.  We have Protect-O-Plate and the GM  Canada documentation.  It is the original engine and I believe drive train, which was rebuilt & the car is in great shape and has just been newly painted and runs great as well.  If  serious about this car please email me and I can send you some pictures.  I can be reached at this number 519-284-1704.  Serious inquiries only please.

If it's in nice shape, that is actually on the lower end of price!

Do you have the tag yet Fred?

It seems like anything that was originally an L79, you might as well add 39,900 to the price tag!
The Mopar guys go crazy over HEMI's, we are giddy like girls when we hear L79 in GM langauge!

Love that car but I have to shake my head why you would waste your time putting a nice air cleaner and cleaning up the engine and yet leaving that engine bay looking like that. Obviously had the car repainted, with a car like that you might as well do the whole thing. Very nice car to have though.

Most interesting. It's an L79 Sport Coupe, non SS. That in itself is unusual.

He's added buckets. He's added the 66 SS rocker trim and deleted the sport coupe side trim. However, he didn't add all the SS side trim. The SS had a lower moulding in front of the front wheel and behind the back wheel. I wonder what trunk plate he has on it? The 1/4 emblems are correct for sport coupe, 'Nova".

Same colours as my 66 SS I had till about 1989, red with fawn. I really like that combo.

I know it's not my old car though, cause mine was a clone and this one has the pedigree.

interior was originally red on this one,too
