Looking for someone with knowledge of the 62 Catalina's to help me ID this car and where it came from.  Looks a 389 single quad, super duty.  Has the 8 lug wheels and all that good stuff.  Would love to break down the cowl tag info and find if this all original or not.

Was there a 4 barrel SD in 62? I thought there were all 2X4's.

I have a friend who has an original 62 SD car. He is in the US. If you want, I can ask him if there is a way to tell from the cowl tag or VIN.
