Odd pictures with this one. Front view has the factory hood. Interior view shows a BB hood.

Also, dash shows a clock, but the console also shows a clock?

Maybe I'm wrong...

Yes the car is pretty!

The 66 Beaumont Sport Deluxe used a clock block-off on the console unless an optional tachometer was ordered, in which case the clock was in the console.

As much as I love black, a low mile car like that deserves to be the original colour.

I agree in theory. However, if done right, they're side by side and I didn't know the original colors....I'd chose the black one.
Or put another way, I agree 100% if the original color was black.

Yeah, I'd guess the dash picture was taken at a different time from the console picture.  (Possibly the console picture was taken before he popped in a dash tach and console clock?  I can't imagine he'd be running two clocks.)

 PS  Those clock block-offs are getting hard to find.

Revival of an old thread. I just got off the phone with the owner (Steve), who I had a very nice chat with. To answer some of the points brought up earlier in the thread...
It did at one point have an after market BB hood which has since been changed back to the original.
The car does not have the original engine in it, but the car itself only has approx 40,000 miles on it.
Original interior.
It has an aftermarket tach in the console and the clock in the dash (as opposed to having two clocks.)
(The parking lenses are original, but look orange in the picture as per the lit up orange bulbs.)

For anyone interested, the car will once again be going up for sale ($30k).

It was for sale in Ont couple years ago for low $20's.........went to Alberta and owner had it listed for aprox $25,000 and had to sell in '09
Now for sale in BC for $30-$32??.........I thought the market was off 30-40% ??
This car is very nice but ( wrong engine, wrong colour) and price keeps going up!?
