My son wanted to see this move and asked if I would take him. Thinking back to the lackluster 1982 version I agreed to take him thinking at least I can enjoy some popcorn. Boy was I surprised! This movie was awesome! Great visuals and a cool musical score. If you like Sci-Fi it's worth the trip to the theater. If you don't like science fiction you'll hate it. Oh, and don't look too deep into the story line. It's one of those movies that's best if you don't think about some of the holes in the story. Just sit back and enjoy the ride.
