Newbie

I forgot to Intro myself when I joined the site in December.
I had a 1970 Acadian  with a 350 just prior to joining the Military (77) in PEI. Car was lost after my brother used it but believe it found it's demise at the back of a farm field. Never forgot that ride and regreted not looking in to the future when I was 17.
Turned 50 and have the bug back, so with the "Bosses" blessing she told me to look for a car.
I am located in Lawrencetown Beach, Nova Scotia and am looking for a 68/69 Beaumont.
I have been impressed with the info on this site and would like to thank Fred for the welcome and assistance on a recent 69.
Looking forward to meeting/talking to people on this site.

So until I get a ride there are no pics to post yet.

Thanks for the welcome

Chuck

Welcome aboard Chuck. I'm sure you'll have no problem finding your dream ride on here. We have lots of "spotters" from all over Canada who post local classifieds.

Welcome Chuck. Good luck with your search!
I'm on PEI ... would your old '70 Acadian still be here "in the farm field"? Maybe we can locate it.

Welcome aboard, here is one, to bad it is on the wrong side of the country. The price and condition might make it worthwhile though......

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
Great to have the experience and the resources here for some of us that have been "out of the game" for 30 years.

Pontiac Canada, talked to my brother and the Acadian is not back in the field I thought it was. He is looking for the location, will let you know if/when we find it.

For Islander, thanks for the car link, after many tries from Halifax and no luck, Pierre 67 has  contacted the owner for me and is going to give it the once over for me with pics and VINS, about $1100,00 to get it railed to Halifax.
I guess he figured an E mail from the east coast was not seriuos.

Once again Thanks everyone.

Chuck
