a few things are a little odd.  A Parisienne wouldn't have had the PONTIAC script across the middle of the trunk lid.  The 350V emblems aren't present, and I was thinking this was possibly an unbadged 2+2, but it looks like a bench seat car.   2+2's didn't have the rocker panel trim though.

It's clearly been painted Clint, so those emblems could have been removed. Trunk could be from a donor car.

what I was getting at is it may have been an unbadged 2+2 convertible, but the bench seat likely spoils that thought.

It's a nice car, really shiny.    I've got my eye on a couple of other red 70 Parisienne convertibles a little closer to home.
