i went out and looked at the frame..
here are some photos
MOST of the frame is in decent shape.. but the layers of rust I pulled out by poking my finger up and in the body mount holes was plentyful.

great guy selling the frame, and the wheels and diff.. etc.. make it worth the 450.00  I just didnt have the room to drag it home for parts..
