I know there is rare but I think this ones tops it. A fellow on the Island has a 1970 Jury 4spd Post. You will probably say what? It basically is the answer to a judge in a lemans and he has the bill of sale to prove it. He's a super nice guy too.

Ok lets not get carried away. I love the 2dr 70 Tempest post, had one, wish I still did, but to compare the Jury to a Judge, that's just not right. The 350 came with a 2bbl and single exhaust in the Jury good for 265 HP. It could move out alright but a Judge was rated at a conservative 366 HP. The Jury was made up by Stampede to move a few more cars out the door and they succeeded in selling 25.

That's a great write up Carl. I like seeing anything to do with Stampede Pontiac since I have 3 cars that were sold from there before GM closed their doors.

Ray, you are right about there being no comparison between the Judge and Jury. The article makes it clear that it was a marketing gimmick. Nice piece of history none the less.

Over the years, there have been a number of Calgary dealers that have added decals to market vehicles. Seems to have worked for them.

that jury is a local car we were lucky enough to have him over for the banner signing,origional owner and around 60k miles on it.Car may not be a judge but is a canadian piece of history very well preserved in stock condition!
