I's a shame to see cars like this sitting in the back 40, they really do need a new home. Do you have any photo's of your Mustangs ?

Looking at the shape of those mopars, as long as they aren't rusty from sitting . I would think you'd be farther ahead with them. BUT, You.ve got some time and cash invested in the Stangs, Are you willing to start all over again with the Dodges? Always liked the old Chryco products, But the Older Mustangs are nice too. I think you would have to look at the mopars real close to see if thats what you want to get into, they may be more work, than they're worth.

An old quotation comes to mind:

"May my words be soft and tender, for some day I may have to eat them."

I"ve driven and raced 340s and have great respect for the little MOPARs.

Carry on.

I'm with "crazyj" on the Mopar subject.I'd trade my 'Chief for '66-'67 Belvedere/Coronet BB 4speed car any day. It's not that I don't like my Pontiac but I've always had the passion for the Mopar cars.

Why not have both? I know first hand a Pontiac and a Mopar will get along in the same garage.

just a small bit of a warning, so you dont get surprised. gm,s are the cheapest car to build, followed by fords, and the most costly car to build is a mopar. they have the most expensive parts out there.

I like challengers, and am am mopar guy from way back.

I can tell you that they nevermade a 318 4 barrel until they outfitted the diplomat police cars 318 with the heads and intake from a 360 10 years after that challenger was built.

Get him to send you the VINs on those cars - 5th digit will tell you the motor.

Who owns the DADHAD1 plate. That was one of my reasons for buying a Beaumont. I may have to borrow your idea......I'll give it back when I am done, promise.

That's my plate. You aren't the first person to ask me for it.

Hey Todd, I dont need the plate.....just the idea. I am in NB, and if there isnt one registered here, there wouldnt be any reason why I couldnt register it. I prefer my own ideas, but that is just perfect. Did you get the idea off of another car or dream it up? If it would bother you even slightly, having another car with your plate on it, just tell me and I'll use choice #2.

I don't mind. Actually CP member "Morepower" thought of it and told my wife. She bought it for me for Christmas.
