Thank you to all you guys who have welcomed me on to the Forum. Looks like a friendly place!
I have got a whole lot of reading to do!

My wagon came from New Brunswick, and still has the sticker on the Windshield.
It has been in England about 20 years or so now. I wonder if anybody knows my car? It was stored in a barn for a long time and only had about 40k miles on the clock.

Thanks Steve, and it seems you were lucky, Tattoos are not what sailors genrally pick up in good old Pompy!

    Send her over!

You get 700.00 "start up" allowance... free Health and dental care...
and $900.00 a month for life
If she settles in Toronto i think you get a free Corolla to drive...

Since she already speaks English she would have to learn another language lol

Hey whats the catch?  also....Just her or me too? ( I showed her, still too much snow).

I find you guys easier to talk to than your chums south of the border! I work for a Canadian company and my Buddy at work hails from Cambridge, I hear nothin but Maple Leafs talk,( he's no car guy!), so Canadian is like a second language for me already!

( do you have to take the Corolla?)

As long as the first 6 are ice cold, then maybe I could handle a warmish one.

Welcome from New Brunswick. Love the wagon! Your artwork?

Hello from Merry Old Tacoma, WA. USA just south of British Columbia. I have included 2 photos of my friend's 59 Bonniville and 63 Catalina  Safaris. Restorations just finished at the end of last year. I thought you might enjoy them even if they are American models.

My avatar photo is my 1957 Laurentian.

The beer is cold here, too.

    Hi Guys,
I have just found this forum on the H.A.M.B. and thought I would join up.

I am living in the South of England,(Hampshire) and  60's Ponchos are a bit thin on the ground around here,( loads of old Chevys and Fords though).

I have a 1962 Canadian Pontiac Laurention Safari and have had it for quite a few years now. I often need parts and find it fairly difficult to track them down. I am hoping that now at least, I will be able to find out what parts fit my wagon.

My old wagon is a keeper and I want to keep it running and driving nice. The next few things on the agenda are some engine work,(it has a 261 six),a new carb/manifolds set-up and some interior repairs.

looking forward to hours of reading! I might even post a thing or two

    Cheers,

    Swerve

A warm welcome aboard from Milton, Ontario, Canada. As you probably know already, you are going to love this site. I have a 261 in my 57 Pontiac and it is an engine i would not trade for any bent 8 engine. I also have a wagon, a 1974 Chevrolet Caprice Estate wagon. The 1962 Pontiac has always been one of my favorites and you got it all happening with the 261 inline and a wagon to boot. Enjoy the ride here brother. Cheers. George.
