has anyone put in a front and rear windows in without the gasket.my car is a 64 post, i think that the glass guy i know that is coming in the morning is planing on putting the in without the gasket, and i think that it is going to look like ****. if anyone has any info on this that would be great.

the gasket supports the glass and also has a channel which the stainless molding fits into.

Hey i dont think its posible at all rubber has a groove in it usually the gasket/rubber goes on the window and a string is inserted into the groove and some lube also never seen a chevy 2 window giped in
