 If it had have been in Powell River, I most likely would have bought it, but it's such a hassle getting on and off the ferries to get out of here and getting expensive too. If it turns out to be a dud, like many of them do, then you're out a few hundred bucks for nothing. Been there.....done that.

The reason I questioned the price is that there is one here in PR for sale in really nice condition......the guy started at $35 and is now down to $31, that made me think $9 was really cheap. I don't think the guy will get anywhere near $31 or even over $25 in today's market. Having said that, it's looking more and more like $10 will get you good stuff these days.........and the people that are pricing them right......are selling them, the rest just keep showing up again and again and again. Dropping $5,000 for a fixer upper is a thing of the past............imo.

 I did email the seller and ask if it was still available a few days back and he said yes and sent me some more pics. I would imagine if it's for real, it'll be gone........ even in the extra pics, it looked good.

Gonna make a fast $5 g's ...........(or so they think)
