Unless you really want to get you hands dirty I would say borrow the 7500 if you can and but this one. I will easily cost you double that to put the other ones on the road. Just my 2 cents.

Yes you guys are right,I know it would be cheaper to buy the one in Sask. and less time spent working on it and more road time. OK! OK! I just convinced myself to work towards one on the road.Just have to get my wife on the same page.LOL

the last car is a steal,,,

IF I were to build a low buck cruiser like this with blood and sweat, I would put this car on a 90's Caprice chassis and floor pan complete. modern drivetrain and suspension, even kept the firewall portion of the A/C It is all labour , not so much the $$$$$'s

I have pics of a complete 60 Impala done like this, and know of 2 others that have been done.

you know the pans are going to be soft in a $250 field car !

The guy selling the '60 for $250 is also selling two '69's. If anyone is serious about these car's I can go look at them, I live in Wetaskiwin.

That would be awsome 76GLM. I'm very interested in the '60.So if you would'nt mind looking into it for me.I work in Ft.Mcmurray and live in Lethbridge and won't be passing thru that way until next Saturday.I could get the money to the guy before that if necessary.Once again thank you very much for going and having a look.Much appreciated.

I will put a 90's Caprice chassis and floor pan car complete. Modern transmission and suspension, or even keeping firewalls, A / C this is all part of the labor.

The plate is off a 1952 Pontiac 4-door sedan with Walkerville-built engine.

I can remember the Spam sketch when it was first shownh on British tv..BBC1 channel in fact. We used to re-enact the sketches at school the day afterwards!

You could get the Laurentian in a 2 door HT right up to 1962.

...be careful on that $250 one..the snow might be extra...

As a couple of the guys have stated, the Parisienne is the higher trim model but choose the one that's the most decent metal left. Any of those would be a ton of work to make into a reasonable driver (exc. the beautiful Laurentian...very nice..)...a lot of cutting and welding...pick the one that requires the least amt. of "hard labour"...!
