I have the money,to buy the truck,   the frame,   2 6.0L gasser engines, and a Duramax Diesel..  

All I am lacking is the "drive" to go it....

i am sure you will get a lot of help,

did you check on the wheel base difference between the 1954 and the newer truck for the frame fitment
