I find it hard to believe, that with all the GM interchange,

that a 396-427 could not be welded in.....   Clone, tribute, copy,  whatever,

in that price range its just a Hot Rod

It can... easily. Remove the frame mounts, attach era frame mounts to the engine/trans when you install, set up, tack it, remove eng and trans, drill holes and bolt together!!!

I installed a 350 in my '53 without major issues...

I don't believe that is the issue, it not being a Grande, imo is the issue!!!

Does look like it is worth the money!

To me, that seems like a steal at that price,.. it has to be worth more than that and I'd buy that in a second. . . just have no money.

Anyone want to lend me $5500 and a plane ticket to get there ? ?

If I can make up my mind to drive a US Pontiac...

Problem is, that's not what I want. It seems a shame and silly to buy a car like this and switch engines.

I'd also consider it if it were close enough to view. I'd keep it all Pontiac and add a tri power..
That's an old appraisal they have. I'll be surprised if it isn't gone in the next day or two.

That car is a bargain, if it's not full of bondo!

I like the Canadian GP - and the US GP. I'd buy either if I was in the market.
